Create simple forms
You can create simple forms. When a form is submitted, you will receive a notification to your email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Google Chat, etc. By default, submitted data is not stored in our cloud. The form can be customized with the following items.

How it works

1. Creating a form

Creation a form has several inputs ex: title, form type, CSP: frame-ancestors.
After creation, the form is not published immediately.

2. Edit form items

Set up the input fields on your form.

3. Customize your form

Customize form design as you like.

4. Make your form public

You can make it private at any time.
